I have worked with many realtors over the years, and Dan Barlow's ability to handle complex transactions and deal with strong emotions among the parties, all while remaining unfazed, really stands out. Combine that unflappability and knowledge base with his willingness to be available at all hours for his clients to ensure their success, and to "go the extra mile" to provide resources and actual elbow grease to make the transaction successful, and you have the makings of a tremendous realtor. I couldn't recommend Dan more highly to someone looking for "the complete package" in a realtor.
Working with Dan was a pleasure. Besides the constant care and attention we were given, Dan was also able to get us over asking with a short close.
